With a Mechanical Engineering degree from The University of New Haven and a life-long passion for cars, Bob founded Autoworks of Westville in 1986. 

Bob proudly serves as President of the Auto Body Association of Connecticut, a non-profit trade association dedicated to protecting the motoring public and educating repair professionals throughout the state.

He has dedicated his career to providing exceptional service to the greater New Haven area and has since been joined by the next generation. 3 of his 4 children-Abbey, Tyler & Ashley.

Abbey began working for the family business while in school and   today, she leads our customer service efforts while overseeing the day-to-day operations administratively. She juggles many different roles throughout the business including insurance claim management, vehicle damage analysis, rental vehicle reservation management, and bookkeeping... just to name a few! 

With a strong commitment to protecting our customers, you can put your trust in Abbey that she will help to make the repair process as seamless as possible from start to finish.

Tyler has always had a love for cars and technical prowess. He began working at the shop as a detailer after school and during summer breaks. It wasn't long before he worked his way up to a technician role, but he didn't stop there. After graduating with a master's degree in accounting, he decided to join the family business full-time. 

Today, Tyler leads our technicians in providing the level of repairs our customers have come to expect (and love). He is dedicated to staying current with the latest procedures and technology within the automotive industry.

Contrary to what began for Ashley as a part-time job while in college, she quickly realized she found her niche. After graduating from Albertus Magnus with a Business Management degree, she made the decision to join the family business permanently. Of all the hats she wears here, helping customers through the stress of having their car repaired after an accident is the role she values most.

Ashley currently serves as Vice-President of the Auto Body Association of Connecticut and we're proud to mention that she is the first female VP!
